Born in 1989 in Sinoe County, Liberia, Abel developed a passion for sports early in life. His physical strength, determination, and relentless work ethic helped him stand out and shaped his approach to both sport and life.
In 2006, he relocated to the United States as a refugee and navigated the challenges of adapting to a new culture and environment. He stayed focused by using fitness and sport as a foundation to build a better future.
That discipline led him to become an international professional soccer player, known for elite conditioning and resilience in his position.
Abel then transitioned into the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and a certified stretching and flexibility coach. His coaching focuses on strength, mobility, injury prevention, and sustainable long-term wellness.
In 2020, he founded ABO BODY INC and now leads the organization in helping individuals improve physical health, confidence, and disciplined lifestyles.
Today, Abel Gebor is recognized as an athlete, leader, mentor, and advocate for community wellness. His journey from Liberia to professional sports to entrepreneurship reflects the power of perseverance and service.
